We are a German team based in Barcelona. We write the concept, stand on set, sit in the edit and run the content — none of it is handed off. Our creators are under contract with us, and we travel to Germany for every shoot.

Ole founded Gross Management because campaigns too often fail at the handovers between agency, production and creators. He is personally involved in every project — from the first call to the handover.
